- A photo for use on your UOS Student ID Card.
- Applicants should be facing forward and must not be wearing any hats, masks, or sunglasses.
- A photo taken within the past six months is preferable.
- The file must be in jpg, jpeg, pjpeg, bmp, png or gif format2. JPG
- The file name must match this format, "ID Photo (your name)"
